Grooming Appointment Cancellation
Please give 48hrs notice of cancellation (notice must be given during working hours Tuesday – Saturday 9am – 5pm).
Of course, we understand that things happen but please let us know ASAP if you cannot come in for your appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will still be charged full price for the slot. (This fee will need to be paid before your dog can be rebooked for another appointment).
Late and No shows

Changing an appointment the day before up until the salon closes (messages after opening hours is considered a same day cancellation) €50 fee

Same day cancellation 100% of the grooming fee will apply

No shows (meaning no phone call or calling after the appointment has already started) the full missed grooming appointment fee will apply and a non refundable deposit (100% of the booked appointment) is needed to make the appointment.
If you are more then 15 minutes late for your appointment we may need to reschedule and the 50% fee will apply. No shows has to pay the price of the missed appointment and a non-refundable deposit 100% of the booked appointment. More then two no-shows will mean that no further appointments will be reserved until all due fees are paid as well as all of the missed grooming fees in advance. Customers that repeatedly miss appointments will be removed from our client list and refused further services.
